If an obvious pricing or menu error occurs, Kabuki Okazuya reserves the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund.
3. Online Orders
Submitting an online order does not necessarily guarantee that every requested item will be available.
Kabuki Okazuya may contact you regarding substitutions, unavailable items, order clarification, pickup timing, or other issues affecting your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of item availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, technical problems, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
4. Pickup Times
Quoted pickup times are estimates.
During busy periods, holidays, large orders, equipment problems, staffing issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, orders may take longer than originally estimated.
Please verify your order information, including your selected pickup date and time, before submitting an order.
5. Catering & Large Orders
Catering orders and other large orders may be subject to separate requirements, including:
- Advance notice
- Deposits or prepayment
- Minimum order amounts
- Order confirmation
- Cancellation deadlines
- Special pricing
- Pickup or delivery arrangements
Submitting a catering inquiry does not constitute a confirmed catering reservation or order.
A catering order is confirmed only after Kabuki Okazuya accepts the order and any required payment or deposit has been received.
Specific catering terms provided with a catering quote or order confirmation will control if they differ from these general Terms of Service.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Because food is prepared specifically for customer orders, cancellations and refunds are handled based on the circumstances of the order.
Once preparation has begun, an order may not be eligible for cancellation or a full refund.
Catering and large orders may have separate cancellation and refund requirements communicated at the time of booking.
If there is a problem with an order, please contact Kabuki Okazuya as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
7. Food Allergies & Dietary Information
Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should inform us before ordering.
Our kitchen prepares many different foods and ingredients in shared preparation, cooking, storage, and service areas. Cross-contact may occur.
While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate customer requests when possible, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from a particular allergen or ingredient.
Menu descriptions should not be interpreted as medical or dietary advice.
8. Promotions, Discounts & Special Offers
Promotions, discounts, coupons, and special offers may be subject to additional restrictions, expiration dates, availability, and exclusions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
Kabuki Okazuya may modify or discontinue promotions when permitted by law.

Kabuki Okazuya does not intend to directly store complete credit or debit card numbers through this website.
